Things people ask us

How long does it take?+
Most videos are ready within 20–30 minutes of placing your order. You'll receive an email with a download link as soon as it's done.
What file types can I upload?+
Photos (JPG, PNG), videos (MP4, MOV), audio recordings (MP3, M4A), PDFs, and text files. If you have voicemails or text message screenshots, those work perfectly too.
Is my content kept private?+
Yes. Your files are encrypted, stored securely, and permanently deleted after 30 days. We never share your content with anyone.
Can I use the video at a funeral or service?+
Absolutely. The video is delivered as a standard MP4 file that plays on any screen, laptop, TV or projector. It's designed exactly for this purpose.
Do I need any technical skills?+
None at all. If you can upload a photo to social media, you can use LifeStitch. The whole process takes about 10 minutes.
